I'm starting over. Here's me as I am today.

191.4 pounds.
43, 38, 47.

I look so old! And tired. I felt fine while taking the pictures but I have to admit, I shun the camera on a general basis. And clearly, this is why.

My goal is to lose 50 pounds by June 23. In other words, my birthday. That will be 2 pounds a week. I will be religious with using Weight Watchers and I will be rewarding myself with something new to watch while I treadmill for every 10 pounds I shed.

I will also be taking these pictures every first of the month. I can do this. I will do this. I don't want to be embarassed or old anymore.

Good for you, Kit. You deserve all this love and care (which is what it is). I do the same thing in my exercise room--lots of videos and DVD's. It's amazing how much faster I think I'm tired if I get bored! I'm totally in your corner. You can so do it.

All the best for your weight loss program! I've been doing it for six months and I am getting close to my target, but I am losing only one pound a week. Two pounds a week is an aggressive schedule. Don't lose your resolve if you can't keep that up. Also, your skin will adapt to your new body shape better if the weight loss is slow. I know… it's no fun, but it feels really good when you start shedding a couple of sizes. Do you have someone to exercise with or just help you keep the motivation going?
